Uses

• Take one to two drops of Cinnamon Bark essential oil in a Veggie Cap to maintain a healthy immune system, as supported by preclinical research.*
• Add one drop of Cinnamon Bark oil to hot water or tea and drink slowly to soothe an irritated throat.*
• Mix two to three drops with water in a spray bottle for a quick and powerful cleaning spray.
• Add one drop of Cinnamon Bark to water and gargle for an effective mouth rinse.
• Dilute Cinnamon Bark essential oil with a carrier oil and apply during a warming massage.

Directions for Use

Aromatic use: Place three to four drops of Cinnamon Bark oil in the diffuser of your choice.

Internal Use:Dilute one drop of Cinnamon Bark essential oil in four fluid ounces of liquid.

Topical use:Dilute one drop of Cinnamon Bark essential oil in 10 drops of carrier oil and apply to the desired area.
